Thanks for letting me know where you are. You are a very lucky man to be able
to work at a small college.  From what I have heard from those who work at
large state schools, where getting permission to go to the bathroom requires
5 pages, in triplicate, of paper work, I know that working for a small
school, things are a little different.

I also know that the educational levels at the small schools are, on the
avereage, a lot better. I am not saying that the big schools, both private
and public, don't have good academic standards, but I know that small schools
give more attention to detail, have smaller classes, where students learn in
a much friendlier atmosphere.

Again, thanks for the info. Now I know.
