New York colleagues:
I have a house and a shop in Berkeley, California. My shop fits
about 6 pianos (1-car extended garage) and is well-lit. My
neighborhood is mixed and people tell me it's desirable. My house is
very nice. But I want to live in New York. Do you want to trade
situatations? We could possible trade customer lists, but that would
depend on a lot.
