Celesta Regulation

Thanks to all who responded about regulating the celesta.  I passed all
the relevant information (mostly confirming that it is a crude
instrument and not to expect too much from it, but regulation is
possible) along to the management of the symphony.  They will decide
what to do.  I really didn't want to get into this situation where, I
suspect, expectations may be too high and I have no practical experience
on which to fall back.
