A few days ago we were on the subject of giving discounts. I'd like to know if anyone gives a discount for doing manufacturer's warranty work. Is there such a thing as a "wholesale" price in our business? I'm asking this because I have a warranty job coming up and am inclined to give the manufacturer a discount. I don't know why, I just feel like it's warranted. Call it a "professional" discount since the manufacturer and I are in the same business, sort of. Ted Simmons, Merritt Island, FL
