One thing to remember, if you're going to try Garfield's on that old upright, is that, since it doesn't have plate bushings, the PBR will have a tendency to travel under the plate. You might want to consider putting a heavy sheet of plastic under the piano before starting, be- cause the PBR will have a tendency to want to find a place where it can leak out on the owners new rug just when he's watching closely!
