I use the glue sticks out of a glue gun, warm them up with a cigarete
lighter its very useful to stick the odd bridal tape or odd pieces of
felt.  If I am using it to glue a bvroken key or wodden part I warm the
glue up smear it on to the surface reheat with the lighter until it
bubbles and place the joints together until glue sets.  Saves carrying a
glue gun and having to wait for it to cool down to put it back in the
tool box.
