Looking for Tuning Device

Hi Everyone,

I have a friend who is going to Kenya, Africa as a medical missionary. He
intends to buy a piano and ship it over there. Piano tuners are hard to
come by out there so he wants to be able to tune it himself. I thought a
tuning device would be the way to go. Does anyone have a relatively
inexpensive tuner, like an old sight-O tuner he could buy?
