Lacquer Sources?

Dear Sir, 

Excuse me for replying so late your message of  the 8th of august
concerning lacquer;  I've read you use a waterbase acrylic solution.  If
I'm right that means you colour the case with this solution. Are you still
varnishing or how do you really finish this job?
