John,

That might have been from Allen Warner, although
it could have been someone else.  He used to run
"Phoenix Piano Works", and specialized in "older 
projects".

He did a restoration for Nicholas McGeegan (director
of Philharmonia Baroque) that was really first rate.

His number is somewhere on the rat's nest I loosely
call a desk...
