if I understand it correctly piano cases of the grand piano style have a curved lamination construction, while such is common knowlage the "secreats" ie thickness of laminate, source of supply for laminate, epoxie to be used for best sound board effect are not common knowlage to this Horrologist (clock student). the 1870's catalog ilistration defines that they is no way that an unusual regulator clock has straight sides == topped off with a 7.75 inch dia. semicircle. any leads to get the reproduction project off to a better start with curvey case would be appreated.
