If my memory serves me correctly, I too have tuned some of those Conn pianos
that were sold off the back of a truck. All I can say is that that trucker
sure gets around! Must not be able to stay in one place too long.

Again, if memory serves me correctly, the Conn company manufactured pianos in
the plant that is now the Charles Walter Co. It may be that Charles Walter
was one of the design engineers for that manufacturer.
