Dear Mr. Flintstone, and List:

You know, when this thread started I honestly thought it was a gag.
Apparently it wasn't, judging by some of responses.

Could any of you who have seen one of these things describe them for us a
little bit?   Is it simply a regular-looking rim that happens to be made of
cement?   Inquiring minds want to know.
