James,

Most hardware stores carry Watco products.  I actually think it 
is Watco Ebony stain, not black.  Remember this is not like a 
lacquer and will not cover up the natural grain of the sharps, 
but I think it makes them dark enough so the pianist won't 
mistake them for naturals.
