Using CA glue for ivory replacment was Re: Ivory replacement

I have had problems with keytops coming unglued (myself as well) after using
CA glue.  In evaluating the situation I concluded that poor surface
preperation was most likely the cause.  After carefully cleaning bother
servaces, spreading a THIN coating of CA on the ivory and carefully but
quicly implacement then a shot of Accelerator made it all better.
