John: I assume you have done polyester repairs before. You must remove all the old lacquer before pouring the polyester, because it will interfere with the catalizing of the polyester. If the area has been filled with lacquer stick, you will have to dig it out. I will be more than happy to answer any questions about this kind of repair if you need additional help.
