I think the best way to treat this is to give a detailed invoice as to
exactly what you have done to the piano with a breakdown in costs and lots
of explanation.  Then it is up to the customer to call it whatever they
please.  Most customers will enhance anything you say anyway when talking
to their friends.  Rebuild, refurbish, remanufacture, restore, let it up to
them what they want to have.
