Phil: I work for the Baldwin dealer in town, and I also find that the numbers you have are typical. You might try measuring the first wound string and use that number in place of the F stretch number. Whether it will improve the tuning, I'm not sure, but you could try it. Those "Classic" pianos are hard to tune across the break area. The upright Baldwins all have that kind of problem- they sound metallic in the center section. Good luck!
