I just saw Kent today, and he actually does still exist.  And yes, Baldwin
does still have phones that work.   I think that the problem is that now
that they have him based out of the corporate building in Cincinnati, he
still has to leave frequently to go down to the factories.  He seems to be
gone at least half of the time.  I would assume that of the two email
addresses given, one is his personal account, and one is corporate.  The
toll-free number given in the previous post is incomplete, and I don't know
the correct one because I never need it.  The "you pay for the call" number
would be 1(513)576-4633.
