Hard to open piano

Been there, done that.  Don't think my embarrassing moment was an acrosonic
though.  Can't remember.  But the top pulled forward, then up.  Worst thing
was that I neglected to make a note of the situation, and the next time I
tuned the piano, I couldn't remember what I had done before.
