You think Tillamook is a small town in cow country ... HA!!!!!. Try John
Day. We have the only traffic light in the county (that's right, folks,
just one traffic light in the whole county). I got a ticket for turning
right on red at that traffic light, without coming to a full stop.
We do have cows, (we were on 60 minutes this year because one of our
residents shot 13 of his neighbors cows that had traspassed onto his land.
The shooter was found guilty, and will be sentenced on Dec 15th) and twice
a year they drive them cows straight through the middle of town from the
grazing place on the mountain to the feed lot.
Fortunately, they also have a lot of pianos. Unfortunately, most of them
came around the horn in sailing ships about the year 1350.
