Your friction is too low.  At four grams pianists will have too little
to push against.

I would suggest reducing the inertia by reducing key weight, decrease
spring tension and put friction control screws in the shanks.

I would suggest aiming for a balance weight of about 42 grams without
springs and adjust the spring tension to get 36 to 38 grams balance
weight.
