They call it a Workshop Glue Injector - has an accordion style plastic
body and a stainless steel needle tip.

I'm not aware that this is anything other than some technician's
draconian attempt at circumventing proper procedure (e.g., Protek or
alcohol/water treatment or reaming and repinning). I have tried this
method and have gotten uneven results, to put it mildly.
