Greg: I'm not really a computer expert, but I think somehow in the translation form WordPerfect to Microsoft Word the formatting has been altered. I had the same thing happen when I had Wordperfect reconfigure the file for faxing. The text didn't fit into the boxes. If you like, I'll see if I can export the file for Microsoft Word (and send it privately!) Didn't know attaching files would cause a stir. Paul McCloud, RPT San Diego, CA
