Hi, Jim Sr.! Nice to meet you at Olympia, good time had by all.

One question that I wonder about:

When you say the Ivory soap "washed out impurities", where is "out"? Didn't
the solution stay in the bushing cloth (and wood) until the alcohol and
water evaporated, leaving everything else (including the soap) behind, or,
rather, "in"?
