..hi folks.. ..i call all my customers at the beginning of the month that they're due to be tuned..I have not measured the return rate, but I'm guessing it's around 40%..it seems(to no one's surprise) that the Grand customers are the ones who are more apt to be receptive to a regular maintenance schedule..also, the people with pianos that are less than 1 year old.. ..my customers welcome my call, also..even the ones that do not elect to tune right now.. doing something right?, Phil
