Hi All,
It is always amazing to me that when calling clients to remind them it is
time they answer in a grumpy voice thinking I am a sales person.  When they
find out it is me their voice and attitude changes 180 degrees.  Aren't we
in a great profession?
PS: I really am a sales person :>)
