TuneLab question

I also have not gotten comfortable creating a tuning with tunelab.  
Frank Weston, you write how to measure all the "c"s and A4. (I can do 
that) The next part is what I can't seem to do.  Can you describe how 
you use that information to then drag the curve around to get everything 
to line up?  Which octave numbers, and how do you drag the line around 
quickly? I'm playing with a desktop before investing in a laptop- I'd 
like to make this work!
