Special software is needed to edit SAT data, because, as transmitted 
through MIDI, the SAT data is encoded/compressed. Also, MIDI transmission 
is not 100% reliable, so error-checking is a very good idea, and can be 
provided in software. I believe that the only currently available 
software for transferring/editing SAT data is from Reyburn Piano Service, 
developers of Reyburn CyberTuner.
