SAT trick

Hello All,
In my use of the SAT or SOT when using just the F-4 tuning: It is not
necessary to stop the lights when you are tuning down from B-2 or up past
F-6. The machine is not being used to measure but only to compare. The
trick is to get the light pattern of one note to match the pattern of the
sample note, and stopping the lights just wastes time. Try just matching
the speed of rotation. The eye is very accurate on things that move, as
far as matching the speed of rotation. The only time you have to worry
about stopping the lights is if you are recording a memory tuning. Try it
, you'll like it!
