On Topic: Bridge notching problem.

Greetings, 

   I agree with Jim C.  HEAT!!   
    Heat is not only your friend, but your challenge.  How to get those pins
up around 250 degrees without damaging the bridge?  In the piano?   Maybe a
small clothes iron, after first pressing several layers of tin foil over the
pins? Maybe talk to the rebuilder, making sure there is not a lot of CA
involved. 
  Let us know how this turns out, ( and you really don't want to break a pin
off, *DAMHIK*!)
