Elian,

Is the piano against an outside wall?  Is there a chance that moisture
is coming and going, like water coming in when a rain storm come by?
Check the pressure bar; if it is too far down it can cause some
problems.  How does it tune; easy, too easy, or very difficult?
Temperature will have little effect on a piano, but a minor change in
humidity can effect a piano drastically.  Humidity changes are the only
other thing I know of that will cause a piano to go sharp.

If you have a hygrometer take it along.  Examine the room carefully for
evidence of excessive moisture, like condensation on the wall, water
stains on the walls and floor, etc.
