Elian, Is the piano against an outside wall? Is there a chance that moisture is coming and going, like water coming in when a rain storm come by? Check the pressure bar; if it is too far down it can cause some problems. How does it tune; easy, too easy, or very difficult? Temperature will have little effect on a piano, but a minor change in humidity can effect a piano drastically. Humidity changes are the only other thing I know of that will cause a piano to go sharp. If you have a hygrometer take it along. Examine the room carefully for evidence of excessive moisture, like condensation on the wall, water stains on the walls and floor, etc. Best of luck to you.
