For Wim I would suggest that I like to change the Golden Rule into "Do unto others as they would have you do unto them." they may not want to have done unto them as I would have them do unto me. Jim, I now understand why I spent all those hours over all those years practicing "From Chicago to New York". It was so that I could count the seconds as the lights on the SAT stand still.
