PDQ Bach

The three times I tuned for Peter Schickley (PDQ Bach archivest) was in
ET.  He did ask if it were possible to tune the left string out of tune
to the other two strings for special effects.  I told him it could be
done.  He said good, he would see what he might find for out of tune
piano in unopened manuscripts.
