Have you touched and pressed with mild force on different areas of the bridge and soundboard to see if you could make a difference in the way the buzz sound? Might just be a sympathetic vibration. The different lengths of windings shouldn't be a factor unless the windings themselves are loose on the inner core. Keith A.
