44 cents low or A428

Bob. I thanks you but I think you must write to Mr. Sanderson and say to him
that the manual of the SAT II is incorrect. He says that 4 cents is 1cps or
8 cents is 2 cps and so on. I wrote what is on the book. The Shiller
Institute is on USA. Please write to them and correct them. Thanks.
