Um  lemme see.  You had a dealer sell a piano and a bench you
supplied on consignment. Did he give you all the money you wanted 
for piano and bench.?  Once that happens he is the owner, as far as
you (and any one else) are concerned.   Now why do you want the
owner's bench back??
