Hi to all: Experience has shown that teflon bushings get tight in the dry weather and click in the humidity weather. The explanation is that as the fork of the shank expands with humidity, the hole for the bushing widens. (I know this seems backwards when one thinks of humidity tightening tuning pins, but that is another principle) When the shank is dry, the fork shrinks and squeezes the teflon making the pin tighter. If you do not agree, just look up all this stuff when we discussed it about a year ago.
