Beethoven Pianos

Dear List,
     I am interested in selling my restored S&S 1911 'O'.  I was approached
by Beethoven Piano Company to enter a consignment agreement with the piano
being moved to NYC.  I recently received an email from someone who had to
take them to court over a refinishing job.  If any of you have any
experiences with them good or bad please email me privately.  I am reluctant
to send my most prized possession away.
