You are buying solicitation rights, nothing more. I've had a fair amount of experience with this and I have found that clients of retiring technicians very much welcome being referred to a new technician. There is nothing morally objectionable about this. The key is that everyone involved has to look closely at what they're buying and selling, just like every other business trnasaction. Carl
