Hi Orlando,
            If you have not tried tapping the strings to the bridge, here's
a suggestion for the vision impaired. Feel for the string that you want to
correct, take a very blunt screw driver and place the blade on the string
just in front of the bridge pin and tap down wards with the palm of your
hand to seat the string. If the falseness persist try changing the string.
