Verdigris on Steinway rails

Hi Wim,

I'm with Keith, I don't believe it poured out of the flange center either.
As for an alternative... What kind of flux was used in soldering the rails
and how thoroughly was it cleaned off afterward? Also, anyone know the PH of
these flanges?

Then again, it could just be evil spirits.
