Regulation

 Hi,
	What does regulation entails?  My tuner came to tune the piano this
afternoon and done the following job:

	a) Adjust the hammer to ensure that they are equally space by poking a
long screw driver to adjust the flange
	b) Poke the bass hammer with three spike 'rod'
	c) Adjust the capstan screw of the key
	d) Adjust the Front rail key pin.

	Are the above task represent a normal complete regulation or are there
areas to be look at?  What are the purpose of the above adjustments, didn't
thought of asking him at the time.
