Dear Philip,

A complete regulation encompasses about 50 distinct and seperate
procedures on a grand piano.

You tuner performed interim maintenance which is normal for a good
technician and a good piano or a good customer or a new customer.  What
was done should make the piano a little nicer to play and listen to.

If the piano is old it certainly could use more work than was done.

I hope you found the work satisfactory in all respects for the person
was looking after your best interests as well as those of the piano.
