Tuner puzzle

Each of the 3 tuners originally paid $10 for a grand total of $30. The
bell hop gave each of them $1 back, or $3 total. Now you have to
subtract the refund from the original price, which = $27. Now subtract
the $2 that the bell hop kept, and you will have the real price of the
room - $25.
