stuck steinway grand keyslip

Greetings, 
     The message was blacked out when I received it, but I am going to assume
the problem is that the keyslip is stuck.  The simple way to deal with this is
to remove the fallboard, cheekblocks, AND keyslip all together, and separate
them once they are out of the piano.
