Birdcage, more....regarding pitch raises

Thanks to all who have commented on the Pitch-Raise portion of this thread..i am
normally NOT as conservative as some may think I am regarding PR..i do them all
the time, being the new guy and all..this one simply caused me to take a step
backwards and think very carefully about what would be happening to the piano
with all the increased tension..

getting good sound advice, as usual,
