The piano will greatly benefit with a complete Dampp-Chaser system installed, not just the dehumidifier elements. It is humidification that needs to be added to the piano's environment. Strongly urge your customer to add a system to the piano. If enough moisture can be maintained around the piano, the potential for future problems is reduced. Bill Brandom
