I can't give you much advice about the software, but I can say that PTBiz does
look like an excellent program. The main reason I responded was to assure you
that Dell is the best way to go. I purchased a Dell about six months ago and
have only been pleased with the results. They have an excellent design and
their customer service department is extremely helpful. Whatever problems you
may have are handled with urgency and respect to you, the consumer. Even
several computer technicians have told me that Dell is a superior company and
they would choose it over all the others. Also, as some radio shack poeple
will try to tell you, Dell was NOT bought out by compaq. I was told the
opposite of that by RS salespeople. Anyway, good luck with everything!
