With questions such as presented by Jon, I delete and move on. I don't have the time or interest to answer these questions and believe me it would take a bit of time to compose a well thought out answer. Why re-invent the wheel? There are books that will answer those questions for those who really want to know. I do agree with Ron about the wealth of info that experts from other fields can bring to the list.
