I have been using the adaptive overpull and have a question. Is there
any way to "redo" an overpull measurement before it is added to the list
of measurements used to determine a mean? Is there a way to remove an
erroneous measurement from the list?

Yes, Frank, there is. In the third paragraph of the help screen
for over-pull tuning it says:

If this measurement looks incorrect, it can be repeated by pressing
"M" or clicking on the inharmonicity measurement tool button.
Normally such actions would begin inharmonicity measurements.
But when over-pull is active, you cannot measure inharmonicity.
Pressing "M" will erase the most recent reading.

Not only does this erase the most recent reading, but it also re-arms
the over-pull measurement trigger. If you press "M" twice, you will
erase the two most recent readings, etc. But don't look for any
confirmation of this action - it is silent. If you want to verify what
has happened, just bring up the over-pull dialog box and look at the
history list, then press "CANCEL" to dismiss the dialog box.
